Sonoma Wine Country

Sonoma County lies west of Napa County. Larger in area than Napa County, it also has a wider range of climates. For this reason, Sonoma County has been divided into specific appellations. These include the Carneros, the Sonoma Valley, the Russian River Valley, the Alexander Valley, the Dry Creek Valley and the Knight's Valley regions as well as other smaller regions.
