Look down at and up out of the Grand Canyon on our Grand Canyon Plus adventure. You'll fly over the Canyon in a jet-powered helicopter and raft down a section of the Colorado River. The helicopter departs from Boulder City and flies down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon for a picnic lunch. After a champagne toast, you will return to Boulder City for the river portion of the day. Putting into the Colorado River just below the Hoover Dam, you will see ancient rock formations that aren't flooded under Lake Mead as you enjoy the 11-mile descent. Here you can splash and laugh your way through an impressive geology lesson. Seeing the Grand Canyon area from the air and from the river is the best way to truly comprehend the size of this enormous canyon.
