Wetsuits & snorkel gear are not necessary for Baja's desert whales trips.

Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD confirms your space. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure and can be made by check, money order, or bank wire. We accept Visa and Mastercard payment for deposit only. Special conditions will apply for bookings made within 30 days of trip departure - call us for details.

Trip Handbook
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent our trip handbook, which includes a detailed itinerary, clothing and gear list, and other useful information. You will also receive medical history, assumption of risk, and reservation forms that must be signed and returned with final payment.

Physical Requirements
Anyone in good health with a positive attitude can enjoy kayaking. The amount of paddling is a good balance of challenge and ease. Please call us or consult your physician if you have any concerns regarding your ability to participate on one of our kayak tours. A person must be at least 5 ft. tall and weigh 100 lbs. in order to participate in our sea kayak tours. Anyone age 70 or older will need a doctor's written approval prior to participation in our sea kayak tours.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. All monies received are non-refundable 60 days or less prior to trip departure, unless a replacement is found for you. More than 60 days prior to trip departure, you will receive a full refund minus your deposit. Please strongly consider purchasing travel insurance. DEPOSITS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE.
